FIA WEC: 6 Hours of Spa – Audi, Porsche finish 1-2; Ferrari tops in GT

The 2016 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona marked the debut of the new Ford GT in sports car competition, Chip Ganassi Racing fielding two of them in GT Le Mans (GTLM). FIA WEC: 2015 full season entry list; Nissan joins the fun

Toyota, Audi, and Porsche will be joined in factory LMP1 competition by a two-car Nissan squad for the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship. Harry Tincknell (UK) will be Driver 1 in the #22, with Olivier Pla moving up from his full-time LMP2 ride with G-Drive Racing in 2014 to be lead pilot of the #23. FIA WEC: 6 Hours of COTA – Audi, Aston Martin fastest in Practice 1

FIA WEC: Extreme Speed to make series debut at Circuit of the Americas

Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM) will be making its FIA World Endurance Championship debut at Circuit of the Americas this weekend. The team last week participated in a one-day test at the track in advance of the Lone Star Le Mans, Sept. 19-20, having announced in August it would be competing in the Six Hours of Circuit of the Americas. USCC: Road America – Action Express wins again, Ferrari tops GT

Joao Barbosa and Christian Fittipaldi (Action Express Racing, Corvette DP) overcame an early spin and brake problems at Road America for their third win of the season and second straight.
