Friday LinkFrogging - 6/10/11
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Summer is here.  Its hot.

The NBA Finals are in their final throes.  Lebron James is choking again.

Lady Gaga is making a helluva living out of Madonna's old career.

Mad Men was a success.  Now every damned network has some repressed 60s drama on their fall schedule.

The Hangover II isn't as good as The Hangover.  Sequels suck.

Of course, as long as the movie-going public lines up to see said sequels, then Hollywood will be glad to mindlessly crank them out.

That brings us to this week's cheesecake.  Please say hello to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Ms. Huntington-Whiteley rose to prominence as a Victoria's Secret model.

Her most recent achievement is replacing Megan Fox as Shia LaBeouf's unlikely love interest in Transformers:  Dark of the Moon.  This pains me to type, but "well done Michael Bay.  Well done."

And, just for the record, every time I type that movie title, Pink Floyd starts playing in my head.

Being a model, it seems Ms. Huntington-Whiteley doesn't mind being used as eye candy amidst the CGI robots, unlike Megan Fox.

Because Megan Fox is, you know, an actress.

(pause)

Sorry, I had to stop to laugh after I typed that last line.

On to the links.
