Review - Wonder Woman
Let's be honest, the DCEU has been a bit of a mess to date.  The films have seemed rushed as DC has tried to play catch up with the MCU.

All of that changed with the release of Wonder Woman.

The fourth film in the DC Extended Universe is the series' first legitimate success.

We've seen Wonder Woman on the screen before, but never like this.  Gal Gadot brings the Amazonian princess to life in the most spectacular way possible.  She's a strong female hero, something that is badly needed in the DCEU (and MCU).

More than that though, Gadot's Wonder Woman is the first fully realized character in the DCEU.  That may owe to the fact that Wonder Woman doesn't bring any franchise baggage to her solo debut.  She doesn't have to share the screen with other heroes.  Her origin story hasn't been told a thousand times, so it seems fresh.  All in all, Wonder Woman is a winner from start to finish.

The home video release is jammed with special features:

•  Epilogue: Etta’s Mission - Etta Candy gets the boys back together for a secret mission that could impact humanity’s future.
•  Crafting the Wonder - Wonder Woman finally comes to life in her first, breathtaking solo film. Explore the journey to create an adventure worthy of DC’s greatest warrior.
•  A Director’s Vision: Themyscira: The Hidden Island
•  A Director’s Vision: Beach Battle

•  The Wonder Behind the Camera - Meet the women behind the wonder as they welcome a group of aspiring filmmakers on set for an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
•  Finding the Wonder Woman Within - Feel the power of Wonder Woman as award-winning poets and inspiring public figures reveal the impact and importance of DC’s greatest heroine.

I can't say enough good things about this movie.  If you haven't seen it yet, do it now!  If you have, watch it again and revel in what a superhero movie should be.
