Friday LinkFrogging - 1/27/17
Okay, we've made it a week.

The Trump Administration has been in power for a week (or has it been a year), and despite the rhetoric at last weekend's protest marches, the world is not on fire and continues to spin on its axis.

So far.

I want to move on now.

I want to move on and make a confession.

I have no point of reference for Resident Evil.

I've never played a minute of the games.  I've never seen a minute of the movies.

None.

Nada.

I am, apparently, in the minority.

Today marks the release of Resident Evil:  The Final Chapter, the sixth (?!?) movie the in franchise.  Six movies based on a video game make mark the high water mark for the video game/movie combo.

It also marks the debut of this week's cheesecake.  Please say hello to Ruby Rose.

Ms. Rose and all of her tattoos started out as a model.  She then segued, as so many models do, to acting.

She first came into our orbit playing Stella Carlin, Piper's bad girl crush, on Orange is the New Black.

We last saw Stella doing hard time down the hill, but Ms. Rose has a big 2017 lined up.  In addition to Resident Evil, she's also currently appearing in the new xXx movie opposite Vin Diesel.  Next she'll show up in John Wick:  Chapter 2.

So many guns.

'Murica!

Let's hit the links.
