The grid for Round 4 of the Pirelli World Challenge was set by fastest lap times set in Round 3. Andy Pilgrim (#8 Cadillac Racing ATS-VR GT3) started on pole, with Nicky Catsburg (#25 Blancpain Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 FL2) on the outside of Row 1. Row 2 consisted of Olivier Beretta (#61 R. Ferri Motorsports Ferrari 458 GT3 Italia) and Kevin Estre (#9 K-PAX Racing McLaren 650S GT3).
Beretta leapt into the lead at the start, followed by Catsburg and Estre. Estre took P2 from Catsburg during Lap 2 of the timed 50-min race. A full-course caution came out seconds afterwards when two of the GT competitors spun and stalled, gathering up some GT Cup competitors who came around the corner rapidly despite the yellow flag waving at the entrance to the turn. Ryan Dalziel (#31 EFFORT Racing Porsche 911 GT3R) circulated in fourth behind the safety car having had the fastest first lap, 1 min 21.149 sec.
Live action resumed with 20 min left. Mike Skeen (#2 DeVilbiss Hawk Performance CRP Racing Audi R8 LMS Ultra) took P4 from Dalziel during the first green lap. Catsburg passed Estre for P2 in Turn 1 with 13 min to go.
With 10 min left Beretta led Catsburg by 1.096 sec and Estre by 2.402 sec. Dalziel took fourth from Skeen with 8:30 to go. Contact from behind spun Skeen seconds later. Beretta won by 1.180 sec over Catsburg, with Estre another 7.451 sec back. Frank Montecalvo (#66 Bayshore Racing Mercedes-Benz AMG SLS GT3) won GTA with Colin Thompson (#11) taking GT Cup.
