“There’s never enough time to do all the nothing you want.”
Attributed to that great American, Calvin, before he turned his attention to pissing on auto emblems, the statement above is a perfect way to celebrate the first day of summer.
Summer, a season of vacations and bikinis, officially kicks off today.
The GonzoGeeks are preparing for our big annual celebration, Comic-Con International. We will be jetting from around the country to sunny SoCal in less than a month to bring you as much coverage of Nerdvana as we possibly can in just a few short days.
In the meantime we are working on site updates, improved content and all around general goodness.
Of course, none of that is going to stop us from giving you what you came here for.
Please say hello to Mireille Enos.
As previously stated, today is the first day of summer. If World War Z is to be believed, today is also the first day of the zombie apocalypse.
Ms. Enos stars alongside Brad Pitt in the big screen adaptation of Max Brooks’ wildly popular 2006 book of the same name which opens today.
In addition to being Angelina Jolie's post-apocalyptic stand-in, Ms. Enos has also appeared in Gangster Squad, The Killing and as twins on HBO's Big Love.
She's got another couple of projects in the pipe so let's see if this Houston native breaks out big after she finishes off the zombies.
