I last was in touch with this dude in about 1998 or 1999. He was involved with a band in the Bay area back then. I believe they were called the Last Americans. But I'd known him off and on since about 4-years old before then. Anyway, he's obviously done a great job chasing his dreams, and I couldn't be happier to see him doing something with his platform. My first trip to South-by-Southwest in at least a couple of years was a very cool time. Kolby stays up there now, so I had a place to crash and good company to do whatever with.
