So here we are once again.

If it's July in San Diego, it must be Comic-Con.

We are on day three of our Comic-Con adventure, but fear not, we haven't forgotten your weekly spin around the web.

As we were sitting around GonzoGeek's spacious West Coast HQ contemplating important things like killing Australians and the new gay Green Lantern, I struck upon a way to bring the fun of Comic-Con right here to the the links.

Today we celebrate the penultimate expression of fanboydom (no...not Harry Knowles).  Yes today your cheesecake is Carrie Fisher in the metal Princess Leia bikini from The Return of the Jedi.

That image is so pervasive in geek culture that it was even featured on an episode of Friends.  You remember when Rachel asked uber-geek Ross what his deepest fantasy was?  You don't?  Let me refresh your memory.

So, since we were in the biggest geek gathering of the year, and, since we saw a lot of Leia bikinis last year, we thought we'd bring you some of the best metal bikinis from the floor.
