Friday LinkFrogging - 8/11/17
This was one of those weeks.

We had a solid batch of links but no obvious cheesecake to serve alongside.

That requires me to look harder.

Dig deeper.

Search wider.

Oh, the things I do for you my loyal reader(s).

Well, in a week full of summer reruns and less than inspiring cinematic selections, I found a diamond hiding in a movie about a killer doll.

Yes, as it turns out, Annabelle:  Creation is good for something besides clogging up my social media for the past month.

The creepy little doll movie also yielded this week's cheesecake.

Please say hello to Stephanie Sigman.

Ms. Sigman stars opposite the demented china doll in the latest movie in the Conjuring universe.  Yes, that's apparently a thing.

You may also recognize her from her work in Narcos, American Crime or Spectre.

Yes, Ms. Sigman is a Bond girl.

That's always good for extra points around here.

The next time you will see her is in the next update/reboot/reimagining/moral bankruptcy of S.W.A.T.  That will be coming to a television near you soon.

Everyone hum the theme song.

Let's hit the links.
