NHRA: Four-Wide Nationals – Brittany Force wins again; Wilkerson and Line too

 Held in Charlotte, finishing first or second is enough to advance in this contest featuring four cars moving down the strip at the same time. IndyCar: Alabama – Pagenaud fights Rahal for victory

Photo: Bret Kelley Simon Pagenaud (#22 Team Penske, Chevy) came into the Grand Prix of Alabama with the season points lead, 14 up on Scott Dixon (#9 Ganassi Racing, Chevy) and 28 up on teammate Juan Pablo Montoya (#2). Audi Sport Team Joest R18s held down Row 1 on the starting grid, Andre Lotterer (#7) on pole with Oliver Jarvis (#8) next to him.
